Artemis Wild Moon Retreat Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible while also honoring the commitment we’ve made to you and all our participants. Because your reserved spot means we hold space just for you, we have a few guidelines in place.

 

Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days in Advance:

If you need to cancel your reservation more than one month before the retreat start date, we’re happy to offer a refund minus a small administrative fee. This helps cover the costs we’ve incurred in preparation for your participation.

 

Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Retreat:

Due to the limited number of spaces and the planning involved, cancellations made within one month of the retreat are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another person who can take your place. Just let us know, and we’ll help make the transition smooth.

 

Credit for Future Retreats:

If transferring isn’t an option, we can apply your payment as a credit toward a future retreat within the next 12 months. We want to ensure you still have the opportunity to join us when the timing is right for you.
